Welcome to The Secret Society of Guardians
"Guardians" by definition are defenders, protectors, keepers. Our "Society" is a compilation of ordinary people just like YOU but their life is far more than just ordinary. The group's initiative is to pay it forward, find inner peace, get inspired by others, leave your legacy so others can be inspired by YOU. We defend and protect the right to hope.
This "Society" is secret because your name will not be used and no one will know who you are but if you believe you've done something for a stranger to help them in their time of need, doing so for the sole purpose of helping without the feeling of needing something in return, then YOU are a Guardian.
This "Society" was established by people like YOU to help YOU realize that the world is filled with good people. Simply said, YOU have the ability to do a good deed...that ability is in all of us. Whether or not you use that ability is a personal decision. It doesn't need anyone's approval or anyone's criticism but it does require logical reasoning which requires the forethought of whether someone will be hurt in the process of your actions. Sometimes doing nothing is the right decision and is the best thing for someone...sometimes sharing a story or situation can help you take the steps necessary to make your decision on what actions you can take next.
To acquire membership to the "Society"...well there are no fees, no business card, no meetings or membership dues. There is no governing board or president. We are comprised of a group of individuals who have been inspired (including you if you want to a part of something bigger) and hopefully the ones you inspire to join us. If your deed was a success, leave a calling card, a note or even a scribble in the sand simply stating Sincerely, The Secret Society of Guardians...join us.
